BRING

A towel and water.

Yoga blocks, mats, bolsters and blankets are provided. You may bring your own if you like. 

ATTEND

15 minutes before class. 

Well hydrated.

Avoid big meals 2 hours before class.

To experience the greatest benefits of practice,  daily attendance will be most fruitful.
